Return policy

Returns are accepted for defective items only.

This applies to the diffuser housing only. The ceramic disc/fragrance component cannot be returned once opened.

A defective housing may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a replacement.

The item must be unused and include its original packaging.

We provide a prepaid return label for confirmed defects.
